CHARGES
We charge by the day. The day you check in is charged as a FULL day, regardless of what time you check in.
If you pick up before 10am you will not be charged for that day.
BOARDING FEES (daily rate): As from 2 April 2024
All reservations for holiday periods/long weekends will require a 50% deposit within 14 days of making booking.

DISCOUNTS
Not applicable from the 20th December – 31st January or Public Holiday Weekends
2 or more dogs sharing a unit = 5% disc for each pet (excludes family units)
Long stay (22 days or more) = 5% disc
PUBLIC HOLIDAY SURCHARGE (as per Terms and Conditions) – $15.00
